Why she is a part of U!Shine
People that struggle with mental illness are near and dear to her heart and as a therapist she gets to see people through their ups and their downs. She feels it is important for everyone to understand what mental illness is and that there is hope. She is beyond thrilled to be a part of this advocacy program and shine the light on mental illness and try to erase the stigma it has been given.
What makes her smile?
Sunny days and being outdoors, being with family and friends, serving others, helping others heal.
