Each activity will focus on practical, low-cost strategies to support everyday well-being. It will center on interactive learning and real-life applications, especially for individuals with limited financial resources.

Our goal is to equip families, individuals, and one another with practical tools, healthy habits, and everyday strategies that support resilience, healing, conversations, and personal growth.

Our vendor partners will provide chair massages, noninvasive carotenoid screenings, healthy snack demonstrations, wellness lessons, reflection station, sleep station, mindful movement, friendship bracelet stations, upstairs/downstairs brain activities, speaker/listener techniques, and more!

There will be door-prize and scavenger-hunt drawings, and event bags!

Each experience included will align with at least one of the 12 Healthy Habits:

*About Healthy Habits:

There are many mental health awareness programs, but few programs to teach people how to be mentally and
emotionally healthy.

In 2015, we worked with a team of counselors, psychologists, personal trainers, nutritionists, relationship experts, higher education professionals, and community leaders to look at the problem and develop a solution. We learned that it doesn’t matter if you’re 7 or 70, there are specific things everyone can do to keep themselves mentally and emotionally strong.

Together, we built the
HealthyHabits Program, a life-enhancing curriculum that can be deployed in a variety of settings to many different audiences.
