UShine Healthy Habits 2026 Community Wellness Fair
Join us for our 2nd annual community wellness fair. This year’s event is co-hosted by Lynn Institute and is sponsored by Devon Energy. Thank you to Glover Family Foundation & Stitt Charitable Fund for your generous support, as well. Your support makes it possible for us to highlight each of our 12 Healthy Habits through interactive activities with community partners and members.
3rd Annual UKnowIt Trivia Night
This high-energy evening features four rounds of team trivia, including a special round focused on mental health awareness, plus great prizes, food, and drinks all included with team registration.
More than just a game night, UKnowIt is your chance to help fuel UShine’s Healthy Habits program, which equips teens with the tools to care for their mental and emotional health. Whether you're here to win, learn, or just have a great time with your crew, you're also helping us grow a community of partners, supporters, and changemakers.
Team up. Show up. Shine on.

Join us for an evening of stand-up, connection, and impact as we raise funds to update, evaluate, and digitize UShine’s curriculum, making it more accessible to the teens who need it most.

Stand Up [For Mental Health]
Thank you to everyone who made UShine’s first comedy night a success! Because of your generosity, we can continue educating young people across Oklahoma on how to build and maintain strong mental health.
Let's be honest, life can get pretty heavy. From busy schedules to world events, it's easy to feel anxious and stressed. But at U!Shine, we're in the business of hope. And where there is laughter, there is hope. Did you know that something as simple as laughter can provide stress relief, improved well-being, and the power to bring hope in even the darkest times?
On Thursday, February 29th U!Shine is hosting its inaugural STAND UP [FOR MENTAL HEALTH] event, a night of comedy benefitting U!Shine. Please join us for a night of clean comedy that unites people and serves a greater purpose, all while laughing at the humorous irregularities of life. In these hectic times, let’s connect through laughter for a great cause.
