Healthy Habits for Organizations
Wanting to use Healthy Habits for your school or organization? Teaching about mental health shouldn’t be complicated! The U!Shine Healthy Habits Plan is a flexible, psycho-educational curriculum that takes the guesswork out of providing the necessary tools for your people to thrive mentally and emotionally.
Since we believe in mental health education for all, our programs are accessible to anyone who needs them. With the support of generous donors, we are able to offer this curriculum, valued at $5,000, for free! Any donations are accepted to maintain that accessiblity.
This package includes U!Shine led facilitator training* and downloads of the entire curriculum broken into three sets.
*A short facilitator training is required for those leading and facilitating the Health Habits Curriculum.
